Overview
Dudu is an ecosystem of connected services — rides, rental, food delivery, retail and EV exchange — built on shared infrastructure rather than as isolated apps. Each service (covered individually below) shares common platform capabilities: real-time location, user accounts, payments and an operations backend.
The challenge
Building several related consumer services independently means duplicating infrastructure — accounts, payments, location tracking, admin tooling — for every new service line, which slows down launching each one and fragments the user experience across apps.
The solution
A shared platform layer (accounts, payments, real-time location, notifications, admin/operations tooling) that each Dudu service builds on top of, so a new service line can launch faster and users move between services with one identity.
Architecture
A shared backend platform (accounts, payments, location, notifications) with each service (Rides, Rental, Food Delivery, Mart, Exchange EV) built as its own application on top of it — allowing services to ship independently while sharing core infrastructure.
